Great Wolf Resorts, North America's largest operator of indoor water park resorts, needed to implement a comprehensive marketing strategy across its 19 locations. With each location having a water park, arcades, hotel, and outlets, there was a lot of opportunity for marketing to specific guests' needs. The challenge was fragmented data from different PMS sources. Their patchworked middleware solution was unreliable, with frequent breakdowns and server issues, which prevented the Great Wolf team from achieving their vision of real-time, one-to-one customer marketing.
