Q: What do you see as the biggest trend in hospitality tech in the post-COVID era?

A: COVID has changed hospitality forever – 5% of U.S. hotels have already closed down. We are seeing:

1. Contactless hospitality becoming essential
2. Leaner staff handling the same workload (if not more)
3. Emphasis on operational efficiency due to lower RevPAR and tighter budgets.

Among the hotels thriving post-COVID, the biggest trend is their willingness to embrace a hotel-wide digital transformation.
