Hapi continues to build out its industry leading connectivity platform by integrating with Oracle Hospitality OPERA Cloud Platform via the Oracle Hospitality Integration Platform to provide hotel brands and operators comprehensive insights into property-level activity.
MIAMI, Florida, November 9, 2023 – Hapi, a leading platform in the hospitality industry for fast and cost-effective connectivity between technology systems and a member of Oracle PartnerNetwork (OPN), today announced that its Hapi Integration Platform is available on Oracle Cloud Marketplace and can be integrated with the Oracle Hospitality OPERA Cloud Platform via the Oracle Hospitality Integration Platform (OHIP). Oracle Cloud Marketplace is a centralized repository of enterprise applications offered by Oracle and Oracle partners.
The Hapi Integration Platform with OPERA Cloud will provide hotel brands and operators real-time access to OPERA PMS data to deliver comprehensive insights into guests and property-level activity.
Oracle Cloud Marketplace is a one-stop shop for Oracle customers seeking trusted business applications offering unique business solutions, including ones that extend Oracle Cloud Applications.
Through cloud-based APIs between Hapi and Oracle, hotel operators can now connect directly to a real-time stream of data through the Hapi Integration Platform, consume a store of data “at-rest” using the Hapi Data Platform, or connect their guest data in Salesforce CRM with Hapi Guest, among other use cases.
Hapi customers can also receive the same data that was previously only available in the legacy OPERA Xchange Interface (OXI), in an easily managed environment. As hotel companies look to migrate to their next generation of OPERA, connecting to their legacy and cloud OPERA systems will prove especially valuable during this transition.
Oracle Hospitality OPERA Cloud Platform
Purpose-built for hotel operations, OPERA Cloud PMS is cloud-based hotel software with key capabilities to meet the needs of hotels of various sizes and complexities.
Built specifically to run hotel operations, the OPERA Cloud PMS is flexible and can scale to meet the needs of each hotel without requiring installation and maintenance of on-site hardware. Operators can run their hotel from anywhere while team members can untether from the front desk to serve guests throughout the property. Because OPERA Cloud PMS was designed to meet fiscal requirements across more than 200 countries, hoteliers can customize the system to operate in 20 languages.
The Hapi Integration Platform is the culmination of years of engineering and quality assurance efforts to help ensure data-sharing frameworks are properly architected to support future functionality.
Hapi Connect for Salesforce, which uses the Hapi Integration Platform to deliver OPERA PMS data to the Salesforce CRM environment, has been previously certified and is live on the Oracle Cloud Marketplace.
“We see a high demand for hotel companies wanting access to OPERA Cloud, and we are excited to add OPERA Cloud to our growing list of PMS integrations within the Hapi Data Platform,” says Luis Segredo, founder and CEO at Hapi. “For hotel companies that utilize OPERA Cloud among other Property Management Systems across their portfolio, Hapi can now provide a centralized and consistent data stream for efficient access to normalized data, enabling hotel companies to innovate faster. Hapi’s participation in Oracle Cloud Marketplace further extends our commitment to the Oracle community and enables customers to easily reap the benefits of the Oracle Hospitality Integration Platform. We look forward to leveraging the power of the Oracle Hospitality OPERA Cloud to help us achieve our business goals.”
