2022 was a pivotal year for the team at Hapi and we can’t be more excited about the partnerships we are building and the opportunities ahead in 2023.
It would be tough to list all of the achievements from the past year, but here are a few that stand out:
– We launched Hapi Guest for Marketing Cloud and Hapi Guest Analytics (TCRM), out-of-the-box applications for hotel-ready guest marketing and data visualization on Salesforce, while significantly adding depth to the Hapi Guest Salesforce app.
– We built teams and processes for implementing Hotel CRM at scale. We added the first connector that adds guest activities to a Salesforce profile. Sevenrooms users can now see restaurant reservations in Salesforce.
– We finished development on our completely re-architected core integration platform that is built to ensure scalability and security.
– We proved a new pattern for collecting data at scale with consistency that is opening new markets for us.
On the customer side, we added more than 1,500 hotels to the Hapi Cloud Data Hub. We unleashed some truly amazing capabilities for a hotel group that connected 5,000 hotels using a variety of PMSs and versions. We were part of the solution that won Hyatt an Innovation Award for their integration of mobile key into Apple Wallet. We migrated Margaritaville Hotels and Resorts to Salesforce and onto our new platform.
Along the way, we created value for our partners. We have worked closely with Salesforce on commercial opportunities, from a single hotel to enterprises and have opened doors for other partners as well.
Our team has also grown this year. Headcount doubled, but more importantly we grew our skill sets. We exponentially grew our Salesforce certifications on the team and saw several team members ascend within our ranks. We are grateful for the opportunity to serve the industry in greater ways with our larger, stronger teams.
We are excited to enter 2023 with a set of new tools and services to offer our hotel partners to advance their digital journeys.
